The Vanguard High School Music Department and Band Boosters are seeking support from local businesses and members of the Ocala community to support music education in our school!

 Our music department at Vanguard High School is made up  of many successful ensembles, including the Spirit of Vanguard Marching Band, wind symphony, jazz band, as well as 2 choirs -- all of which perform and compete at venues across the state each year. 

 Accordingly, there are many costs associated with supporting these opportunities for our students. Just a few yearly costs include student transportation, new instruments and instrument repair, music purchases, and providing support staff members.  While Marion County Public Schools provide exceptional support to our music students, our program needs significantly exceed district-provided budgets. For these reasons, we are seeking your support!

 The Vanguard High Band Boosters, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer organization established to support all endeavors of the Vanguard High School Music Department. Their primary activities include operating fundraisers, providing parent support, and facilitating community outreach for the band program.
